To process your request, please provide clear images/videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, we will send a replacement of the same product as soon as possible. Please ensure you record a clear video while unboxing the package.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:

Customized or engraved products.
Gift cards.
Size-related issues, as sizing details are mentioned in the product description.
Slight color differences, as product images are taken in natural light and may vary slightly based on screen resolution.
If the reason for return is not deemed valid, we reserve the right to reject the request.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 30 business days (processing time may vary based on your bank or credit card provider).
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, with tags intact, in its original packaging.
